Our lectures provide an opportunity for individuals from a range of backgrounds such as industry, science, media and government to come together and interact. The usual format is that of a keynote speech or series of lectures during the evening or at an all-day event.
The Trust has been fortunate to have hosted a number of lectures since it began in 1988, all of which have been given by distinguished scientists and policy makers. Each lecture highlights a specific important aspect of the relationship between good food and public health. Most of these lectures are available as PDF downloads and although the PDFs are free, donations can be made online and are much appreciated. Further information can be found on the lectures page.
